Whenever I call into the bank the staff is always very helpful, they go over and beyond. I spoke with Courtney, we were having some difficulties setting up online banking for my son’s account and we were walked through step by step. She stayed on the phone with us the entire time to make sure everything was done correctly. She was a great help! I have been using Diamond for many years. Great Bank! Great service!

June Jackson at the Pottstown, PA branch is amazing! She was so friendly and extremely helpful. She assisted me in refinancing a loan I have with Diamond. Everything went smoothly and I had no complaints. She is just very personable and all around just a pleasure to talk to!
