Have been with this CU for more then 20 years. Things have definitely changed a lot of the last 10 years. Charges for not taking a minimum out of the ATM, charges to use your own savings account for over draft, etc... My biggest issue is never getting anyone on the phone. Oh hold for 15 minutes, still only one caller ahead of me.. I get tired of waiting and hang up. Trying to have money transferred into my account from an outside account won't even work. I like them, the people are nice..

They used to be great, help in any situation,help you build. Now they will regularly pester you over the smallest infraction, and not help if you if you have problems. Theyll also pull money out of your checking and savings to pay loans if u have any issue making your situation worse when saybu have a check out already and they make it bounce without asking you.. its in their fine print be careful. Hard to get on phone.. hours are terrible for working people.. tellers are friendly. Alot of them are nice when u talk to them but beware of their practices.

This institution has some of the worst policies. There is a fee if you do not withdraw a certain amount of funds from your account. They hold deposited checks an exorbitant number days when they clear due to EFT in much less time.

They're never physically open during a time that is convenient for working class people. Closes for inconvenient weather that lasts for only 30 minutes. Mobile deposits and ATM deposits take 5 business days to receive. What kind of bank is this?

This is the worst bank I ever had to deal with. They keep canceling my card almost every week, because I guess shopping at normal stores, and at stores I'm at all the time, is suspicious. Then I'm left standing in line at the register with no way to pay, and currently I can't do anything about it, because they are closed for the day. Never again.

Nothing but problems with this bank ever since they went through that system upgrade over the summer! Their new app sucks and barely ever works. They will randomly close your account with zero notice for no apparent reason. Customer service is mediocre at best depends on who answers the phone and actually knows what they are doing. I have now been waiting for over 10 minutes to speak to a supervisor and have yet to get one one the phone. Sent an email to the manager indicating an urgent matter and requested a callback and have yet to hear back from her.

I opened a checking and savings account and told the women I was not going to have direct deposit into this account. There is a charge for 1.25 a month if you open a checking and do not have direct deposit. I was never told this or I would have never opened an account. I minute I saw this charge I called and scheduled to have my account closed. I had to come back because it was never closed the first time(I noticed another charge). Welp they never closed it after the second time because there’s another charge a month later. I am done with this bank so I go in to cancel both my accounts because I do not trust this bank at all. They gave me a refund for all but one $1.25 charge. I will never recommend this place. The people are nice but don’t know what the hell they’re doing
