Superior Credit Union, Pottstown, PA

I have been banking with Superior Credit's Pottstown location for 3 years now. Even after I moved to Allentown a year ago I kept my account and continue to bank with them. At Superior you aren't just an account number. The employees get to know you, greet you by name and are available to help you navigate whatever financial situations you are attempting to tackle. They are truly a superior way to bank your hard earned income.

My name is Francis Stagliano, customer (car loan). I had an issue today regarding an online form. Selena called me back immediately, left a message and called me back again soon thereafter and spent close to a half hour on the phone with me making sure the form was filled out correctly and accurately making me feel as though I was the banks only customer. It is very odd that a customer service person, let alone a manager, would take all that time and effort. Considering the lack of caring and regard for customer service in today's world I believe that she is a gem and the bank is very fortunate to have her as an employee. Best regards, Francis

This review is long overdue, my husband and I became members of Superior just a few months ago and I have to say that Rachel rocks in all things customer service. From beginning to end she helped us with opening our accounts, managing our loan as well as making us feel like a part of a family.
