David and his team got me a very good rate on my mortgage with personalized service you don't always get from the big lenders. When there was an issue with some of the paperwork for the homeowners company his office was very responsive and helped resolve the issue promptly.

My mortgage was sold though, now two or three times, which I do not remember that being communicated to me at the beginning of the process. It is my extreme pleasure to write this review. After trying a few other lenders I joined a First time homebuyer seminar that I found on Facebook with a Surge Mortgage Advisers. I scheduled my free call with Ken Levengood. He is very passionate about what he does and has been in the industry a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. My experience with Ken and Surge Mortgage Advisors has been nothing short of Exceptional. Ken and his team were so easy to work with, knowledgable and had my best interests In mind the entire time. I am a first time homebuyer with a modest to low income so you can imagine my loan was much lower than the typical 250-350k loans that I'm sure they deal with on a daily basis. But they did not treat me like a number and loan size didn't matter to them, they treated me like I was a million dollar buyer every step of the way. I plan on doing additional business with Ken and his team again in the future. Thank you Ken, Jen, Sean and anyone else on the back end that I did not have direct contact with!!!!!!
