Citizens, Shippensburg, PA

Absolutely terrible bank, so many fees to do anything with your own money. I needed to defer a loan payment for 1 month. It took 3 different phone calls and almost 2 hours on hold just for 1 person to click 1 mouse button to do what I needed. Oh but there's a catch, firstly $35 fee for that 1 mouse click, then I had to take notice in writing to re-instate said loan payment, which I did, and now for the 2nd month in a row said payment was not made and I'm hit with even more fees for being late, and then fees to manually make the payment. It is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone to get assistance either. I will be closing my account immediately and going somewhere else. Would recommend to anyone to stay far away from Citizens bank, absolutely horrible!

While Citizens Mortgage can be a nightmare, Barry with the local Shippensburg branch did what he could to help me resolve a mortgage issue. Even though his local branch is not setup to handle mortgage issues, he was still kind enough to assist me as best he could. Thanks!

Citizens Bank can go to hell!!! Thanks for allowing someone to steal ALL our money! Now we have to cancel our family vacation, we have no money for gas or anything!!! Anybody who has Citizens Bank watch your accounts!!!

9-4 still? Only bank around not open till 5. Also, only bank around claiming change shortages. The employees always seem to be friendly though. Perhaps they should start checking out careers at M&T or Orrstown Bank. This company is such a disappointment!

I have used this bank since moving to PA from MD three years ago. They are very friendly both inside and on the phone. The sign-up bonus was extremely nice too!

Not appreciated that the Shippensburg Branch is closed in normal business hours while the website says "open".
