Arize Federal Credit Union, State College, PA

I have been banking with Arize only for a few years. I got myself into a little issue financially and Jackie was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with. Easy to work with and very personable.

I was the only person at the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes before I was wated on. Much better service before they were taken over by Arize. Been with this credit union well over 30 years. Very dissapointed.

I've been banking here for several years now, in fact the only bank that worked with me when I first moved here, and I truly cannot praise them enough. Amazing people that take care of you and are always happy to see you. Not to mention I'm never slapped with ridiculous fees. Thanks SPE

After having my credit card used for charges I never authorized , I had an issue getting help. I ended up with the best customer service given by Bobbi who was outstanding. She cared, and helped so much. Don't lose this employee, she's a gem. Thanks Bobbi!
