Did a balance transfer from one credit card to my Diamond credit card with a lower interest rate. The customer service representative who helped me was named Jenny and she was amazing! I opened up new accounts at this branch switching from my old bank do to many issues i had with them. From first contact till the second I walked out the door the staff was polite, informative and very welcoming. Nicki helped me set everything up quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with my experience. It felt more like catching up with an old friend then it did setting up a bank account. She was very respectful but also knew how to laugh and joke around at the same time, it was very refreshing.
