was a member of this bank since before it was visions federal credit union. Was a member for about 17 years this bank doesn't allow you to make your account good by the end of the day. You go 1 penny under they charge you min balance fee I know that's exactly why I've closed my account with them. See 17 years ago they were called CTCE federal credit union. It was a great bank they did what a credit union should do help people establish credit. This bank isn't a credit union they are a regular small bank with a credit union name nothing more. I have multiple high end credit cards Discover, capital one Best buy visa, many others store cards. As a member for over 17 years and having a credit score of over 700 I couldn't even get any loan for them at all I want to another credit union just to buy a car how sad is that? being a long time member loyalty doesn't lie with this credit union ( regular small bank). I would never bank in this bank again if I was you no reason to open an account there move on it's a bad idea they won't help you establish credit at all or even do business with high credit score people but they will charge you anything they can for anything. Most banks do allow you to make your account good by the end of the banking day Visions will allow a transaction to occur at 5 am in the morning and if you go there when they open you will be charged min balance fee for pennies ( no exceptions for anyone) policies. Do yourself a favor. bank with someone else your wasting your time and if you don't take advice from someone who was with them since before they were even visions then why even read this at all.

This branch is always busy and understaffed. When asked to speak with a supervisor, you could hear the Branch Manager say "I don't want to speak to the customer". Customer service is a thing of the past and this is the last straw with Visions. They are just like the big banks and probably owned by them. If you want a name, Lisa is the one who cost you our business. Time for a new bank!

I originally had hopes to work with Visions Credit union today since I’ve previously spoken with bank reps who encouraged us to do business there. When we came in, there where three Caucasian persons, one seemed more bias towards us then others. I’m brown skin and have an American patriot face mask and a cup of coffee in my hand. I came in with a mask and left with a mask and took a sip in between. Lisa the ”mortgage personal @ Temple Branch” did a horrible job receiving us into her office. From the moment we were directed to her we were received with a stone wall and told “If we qualify for a bank account with us” at least 7 times before she even checked the address in the system to confirm eligibility to open an account. She made me and my client feel uncomfortable and like her services were not meant to be given to people of our skin tone or maybe she had a problem with my American face mask. Very rarely would I take the time to black list someone but I hope this review truly changes some ones perspective and helps them do a better unbiased job. If your considering to do real estate business at visions or at least with “Lisa” I would suggest other wise. There are better brokers and bankers who care about you and want to see you thrive. You shouldn’t have to feel belittled or biased which is why we walked out this morning as anyone should.

Car loans, personal loans, mortgages, banking etc... They have the best rates, best customer service, and fastest money transfers right to your account. No monthly fees like Wells fargo and are truly all in for their customers NOT themselves. Love this credit union, got rid of wells fargo after 19 years of banking with them, and will never go back.

Lisa was awesome with me yesterday and helped me tremendously! I refinanced my car and she gave me the best rates and the BEST service I’ve ever had.

VIsion Federal Credit Union took over the credit union i opened my account with over 15 years ago. They have zero interest in customer service. Email addresses are not provided to solve issues. They want you to call them, sit on hold, and listen to insincere nonsense. When you ask a company for an email address and they respond with " We don't email, we ask our customers to call a toll-free number " run the other way. They access fees on charges they create. In a nutshell, Vision expanded via a takeover, not excellence. They have a working-class portfolio of customers. When you go on the online site, you find constant attempts to represent Crypto as an investment. They want Grandma to buy Bitcoins and do not offer any guidance as to suitability. Bitcoins are not regulated or insured, yet they feel its a good idea to misrepresent risk. I asked for the email address for customer service and was told THEY ONLY TALK ON THE PHONE - This is a great way to behave when you want to commit unethical behavior when running a company. Run away from Vison they are dishonest! Bitcoins should not be sold by people who want you to believe the investment is insured by fdic or banking regulators. THEY GET A ZERO AND A COMPLAINT TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Disappointed of this bank services. The account was a target of fraud same day was open. Once they noticed the inconsistency no call or block happened. Took me to go to the back for a transaction and request a card when was advised that this account have negative balance. I was blamed and accused by Lisa of being the responsible of those fraudulent activities. Lisa was passive aggressive and rude. Took me to pay the balance and walk away from this people who also threat to report to the credit if the balance waa not paid in 2 weeks. Horrible experience, in less than 30 days I paid 3 times more what I first deposit.
