Have used them for more then 1 loan. Absolutely no problems. If i had an issue they helped in every way possible. Will definitely use th again if needed!

Right now I would prefer giving them no stars. I have had several issues with this particular branch. First, a few months after taking out my loan I called to request my draft date be changed. This seemed easy enough and they agreed. However, with no notice they have begun drafting my bank account on the old date which has caused massive problems for me. Second, I called and spoke with someone about a deferment. They were fantastic over the phone and I filled out the proper documents. EVEN with the documents they messed this up as well. The regular amount was drafted on the date that was previously changed. Do not use this branch! They are wonderful over the phone but do not follow through with the details.

We needed money to help with bills and car repairs and some home improvements. We were Approved, Yeah. That was a great relief. Everyone at One Main Financial Temple Branch, were very helpful. My husband and I are very grateful for all the help>

I've been using this branch for many many years. Never have been turned down for a loan, until today. I was pre-approve for $11,000. Of course I couldn't get that. So I asked for 5000. They said sure, come on in . So I did. After waiting 10 minutes or more. They could not give it to me. Because I didn't make enough.lol lol lol ..... $50,000 a year. I guess isn't enough.... What a joke. I will pay my loan off what I have now and I will never go back again. They had just lost a good customer and many others because I will pass the word.....

Had a very good experience! Flor (sorry if I misspelled) was very patient and helpful. I look forward to dealing with the Muhlenberg branch for any financial needs that may arise. Excellent customer service/soft skills…KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
