This is a great place to bank. It's a credit union, and they often know you by name. They recently changed name from NFO Irvine to Kinzua federal credit union. With this came a new website and online banking system that seems to work quite a bit better than the old system.

The girls in the office were super friendly and very helpful with the loan for my truck. I felt like they were trying to help me buy the truck instead of trying to sell me a loan.

This has been my CU for 30 years and it's been great.
