I completely understand people who use companies like this to get a loan... however I would recommend using any other financial service company then Lendmark. They believe that leaving threatening voicemails about repossension and then claiming payments are not going through is normal behavior.... Mary Lou is arrogant and condescending and talks down to customers. It's actually pretty disgusting when you think about it. It's bad enough they make thousands of dollars off of each loan, they can at least treat people half decently.

Interest is really high, but when you have bad credit and need a loan, not many other options. They are usually willing to work with you if you call them first if you can't make a payment on time.
