I got a leasing for a car that cost 10,957 in may 2022. I put 3,000 down and I have been paying 362 every month since then so that 2354plus the 3000 that’s 5354 dollars on the car. Today I got a paper stating I owe 14,386 dollars on the car that add up o the lease being 20,777.14 on a 10,000 dollar car that 10,000 in interest.

Extremely high interest rates my $6,800 car with $1,200 down became a over $12,000 loan over 4 years. This accounts to me paying double of what the car cost from the dealership. I got hit by a lady and my car totalled and they still wanted me to pay $1,000 for a car I did not have. They also won't give me a second loan when I always payed on time and while everyone was defering payments I was paying still. This review hurts more then the loan denial. Please buy a car with cash and save yourself from being a debt slave.

The people who work at this place should be ashamed of themselves. I was buying a second car to travel to and from work and the dealer sent my credit app to this place. I was approved….26.4%. That’s a flat rate. 400-800 credit score. Mine is 730. 36k total for a 16.5k vehicle. Absolutely gross.

On my first interaction with an employee from this local branch, it was pleasant enough. I financed a used car through them and i didn't have any issues. However, on my second interaction with an employee by the name of Mary, I left upset because of the way she spoke to me at the conclusion of our business. She was seemingly pleasant at first, but after I signed my papers and received my funds, she made some rude comments that really came off as condescendingly biased. I left this establishment happy that i could obtain the funds i needed but also feeling somewhat ashamed that I had to obtain them through a loan. Mary is an older woman, and it was extremely obvious that she had a biased opinion of me AND or the reason i was there. Of which, I do not know. also, there was two other employees there and the one who's name is Dave laughed at the way she spoke, and I honestly did not know how to react to it all. It was extremely belittling and frustrating. This establishments customer service is not a respectable one at all. The only employee i had a good and respectful rapport with was Allison. Kudos to you Allison. At least the have you to pick up the pieces.
