I have been a member for about a decade now and I can honestly say I only have good things to say about Bellco. They’ve helped me build & maintain credit, get loans and understand my finances better. Brad is my go to member service specialist, he’s so kind & great at his job. I recommend him to everyone!

We just joined Bellco and so far could not be happier! Brad was incredibly helpful and informative. He got back to us with a question he wasn't 100% sure about the next morning (and we were there late the day before). Looking forward to a great relationship with Bellco!

During a recent visit to Bellco FCU, I requested determination of an involved transaction related to my credit union holdings. This transaction, though a bit complex, was completed very smoothly and efficiently by Member Service Specialist, Brad Harford. Meanwhile the foul weather freeze was impending outside and as we passed Bellco's early closing time Brad continued to finish all the details of this transaction to both our satisfaction. Thank you, Brad. Thank you, Bellco. Dedication to a task well done is a very engaging quality. Bellco is definitely in great service to the members!

Run, don't walk away from this institution. Employees will admit to a mistake being made and then the following day attempt to blame the customer. I have never been so disgusted with an institution and the lack of people skills it's employees have. Some of them or more interested in arguing than just answering a question. I especially enjoyed speaking with Melissa who admitted Bellco was at fault Monday and then tried to blame the customer instead on Tuesday when the ball was dropped. It would be super if everyone could just get on the same page.

I've been a member here since 1977. They have always treated me like family and helped me work through any questions quickly and easily. My wife and I were working with Brad today adjusting accounts for estate planning. We couldn't ask for anyone better to help us.
