UECU is an awesome credit union that has awesome employees that support the customers. I would recommend this credit union to anyone that is looking to find a new home for banking. They help educate you so that you can attain your dreams!

2021 Honestly this bank is so antiquated, just get a loan from a big bank you can get identical rates. Used to be an advantage to get small town service but they just can't keep up. Getting late notices by mail after payment was made, does this expenditure make sense? How about an "email". Credit Union is now open to all PA residents so there is zero exclusivity. This will be the last loan I get through UECU. 2020 4 stars. I've always had decent customer service. My only complaint is they have always been a little dated technology wise (been a customer for over 20 years). The $10 payment over the phone thing is pretty ridiculous.

I absolutely recommend this bank! UECU has made my life so much easier! I just adore Joann F. in the loan department. Always an easy transaction when it came to purchasing a new car, consolidating bills and other loans.

Initially, I met a UECU sales rep at a Dig Safely NY seminar, where she did a fantastic job. Before we were done, I signed up. I forgot her name, but this was back about ten or so years ago. Since that time, the staff has been so helpful, and generally, a real person answers the phone. I recently purchased a CD from their organization. The rates were better than in NYS banks etc.

I feel very comfortable and valued as a customer. The staff at UECU that I have had contact with are extremely kind and helpful. I started off slowly opening a savings and checking account, but the products and rates offered are very attractive and I plan to invest more money with UECU in the future
