The mgr and staff are very professional and make you feel like a human being . I was behind with my loan and was afraid to visit the office because of previous experiences with finance companies until Nate reached out to me and it was the wayhe spoke to me and assured me that no one would dare talk down to me or make me feel as if I was just a number and not a customer made me feel at ease. I heard Nathone say he would like to have a fun atmosphere but get the job done and his staff seems to have his back .

If it were possible to give this company no stars that would be great! I hate how they think that they can come to your house and harass you knowing that you know you’re due and you told them! I highly recommend security finance in newberry who diligently work with you in a hard struggle. The lady who runs this location I go to is unprofessional and rude. Wish the other guy was there. Much nicer and much more lenient with falling behind.

The only thing good I can say about this place is that they gave me a loan when I needed to get tires on my car. When I was later in an accident and needed to get parts for my car, I asked for help with that and they refused to help me. Well when I had to use the money for their payment to get my parts they harrassed me almost on a daily basis, even came to my house and the manager was very rude and said awful things to me. And this was after I had told them several times that I was gonna pay the account in full as soon as my tax return came in. They refused to wait and continued to harrass me. Today I went to pay off my account and I was not given my change of almost $30 and when I realized I didn't get my change I called back and I was argued with that I was given the change when I knew I wasn't. I was told he would count the drawer and call me back. Well he did and claimed his drawer was not over at all and that he had given me the change. He didn't. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. And for them to be such Christian people, well I'll say this I'm thankful I'm not their kind of Christian. Very unprofessional, people. I would not reccomend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrid people to do business with. My husband has 2 payments left on the whole loan and we fell behind financially. He went in a few weeks ago to let them know that we will be paying on the 15th and the one in charge basically called him stupid. When someone came by the house after that, he told them again we would pay on the 15th. She said that she would make a note. After that, they continue to blow up my phone, his phone, and his place of work every single day. All they want is for you to go further in debt. Well you can pay us what you owe us by getting another loan with us by using collateral. They keep pushing the issue. He has told them time and time again that we don't want to be more in debt and will pay the last of the loan off on the 15th. Please, whatever you do, don't get a loan from these people. This so called "Christian" based company isn't so Christian like.
