Their personnel were very friendly, answered all my questions and were very accommodating.

I find Monica to be extremely rude, unprofessional and very irate she has a very nasty attitude, I hope someone trains her how to deal with customers whether they are accepted or not.

Poor financial decision! With the high interest rate, you will pay double than the loan amount. Also, going online to request your payoff amount will result in a phone call from the branch every time trying to get you to take out another loan. The payment history online will not reflect all of your payments and the only option is for them to mail it to you. While everyone is nice at the branch, the financial cost of a loan with them is not a good decision! The response below is not factual. Fortunately, after 1.5 years of making on time payments, I was able to see that my $5,000 loan balance turned into $11,055.77 due to the high interest rate. Again, poor financial decision!

I had a great experience. My associate Zharia was on point. She was very courteous, responsive to what I needed. Also has the greatest personality I’ve seen in a long time. I would definitely recommend friends or family to her. The rest of the staff was also great!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Hartelle is the worst person I have ever spoken to as a manager she was rude and is definitely not a peoples person at all also her communication skills are very off I’m surprise she passed the fourth grade, she should be fired without pay her employees also are very slack I talked to three different people about my one loan I was told they would call me at different times of the day and ended up telling me because it’s to late for them that I would have to call tomorrow. They have no compassion at all for others and I hope every last person I spoke to from this company gets exactly what they give and do to others. Good luck
