Before the pandemic rude and during the pandemic rude. Even when I paid them off on a salvage car that I found out was only worth $500. My payoff amount kept going up. This place is a legalized long shark. I can't remember the car dealership name but they are a rip off too. If you can find someone else please do so. Please lendmark learn how to treat clients better and if you appreciate your customers show them. Without us as your customers you will not have a job. We were in need of a car but lendmark made our lives very uneasy. How are they still in business

This company is extremely disrespectful and are not helpful at all. Terrible customer service, just horrible service all together. They do not care that we are in a pandemic. They only want to overcharge and repo cars. They are ridiculous. NO ONE should buy a car through them. Especially not with Brandy, she is the WORST branch manager in Florence, SC. Absolutely terrible company! I wish i could leave 0 stars!

Upon applying for a loan here this company asked for all my business then lied and said I did meet the approval after I called her to see if she received all my information. Not to mention this was 10 days after Scarlett was supposed to process my information. Then she implies something about my personal business that she felt would disqualify me for the loan so I don’t even think she even sent it to whoever she was supposed to to have it approved.She is the worst.

Horrible and unprofessional! Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 deferments were offered we filled out ours April 6th and they instead of putting it through called and tried to get us to refinance when we declined mutilple times! Thanks to them failing to process the deferment they now have a late fee on my account! Now if I qualified to borrow more money then I definitely qualified for the deferment! Only ignorant PEOPLE would borrow more money when they're without income. We've been waiting for the branch manager to get back in touch with us since we made May's Payment on the 8th yet to receive a call! Will never again do business with this loan shark company! Wish I'd never got the stupid thing to begin with!

They only get one star because they allowed me to finance my car with them. But every since it's been horrible service. I got into an accident and my car was totaled in October which I had gap. From that day until now I've been getting calls and letters about my bill not getting paid. Not only did Ernestine have my paperwork on her desk she told me that is going to my credit and she had no care. So here I am making complaints because still yet they're telling me I haven't paid my car payment. Its January so imagine where my credit score stands with this
