It was easy to get a loan and the people are friendly. When your loan is paid off you will never get your title back. Not EVER. We went to the DMV to get a duplicate copy only to find out that the lien release paperwork was never done. So, nobody but DMV has any record of said loan. I was told we weren't the only people not to get our title back. Shame on you!!!......The staff at One Main Financial are AWESOME 👍. After our dilemma with the lien release paperwork being missing, they got right to work and less than a week later I have the paperwork here in my hand. Thank You So Much!!!
