Christy is amazing !! While trying to reopen my loan, I was at first denied because the DMV lost my title in the mail and I didn't have it on hand to give them. But the very next day Christy calls me back and states that she's actually able to help me out even with the title being lost. I was uber excited!! And she was able to get me more than my first loan! She alright by me. Lol! Thank you Christy!!!

I remember two years ago when I was going thru a hard time and started not being able to keep up with my payments Ward and Trina stepped in and helped me every way possible so that I could keep my car and Ward went to back for me when my car got totaled from a wreck he told the insurance company to worry about taking care of me first and send me my check first so I could get another vehicle then worry about paying them off! Trina went beyond the meaning of customer service. Made me feel like one of the family from the time I walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. You can tell she is very passionate in helping other's.

I have been here twice once last year and now this year. And I chose this place again because of the awesome customer service. Mrs.Jacqueline (Jackie) is by far the best. She makes sure everything is explain to you and will go into detail and give examples if need be just to make sure you understand everything you need to understand. And she is also very nice, understanding and compassionate. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone, great place!
