If you can avoid them at all costs do so. I thought I was going to be finally happy to have a bank to give me a loan for a car only to be fallen upon by bad circumstances and not being able to afford the car note. Lo and behold they have a policy that in order to get your vehicle back they want the entire car payment which is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely crushed. Depressed beyond all repair and hope left in humanity at this point. Thanks for nothing!

I have had GLS for my vehicle for about 4-5 years already. In those 5 years my husband has called them to add me to the account multiple times. I call to make changes or pay and they cant because i am not authorized. How many times does someone have to call in order for you to do your job right. Its really not that complicated! Very frustrating.

worst service provider even after paying off the loan they will take months to release title worst customer service, agent was not able to provide the correct info. will never suggest to anyone

Despicable excuse of a business. The BBB will have a field day with this business changing their contracts after signed with no notice. Contacting them now.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star! For a dealer to dislike a lender says a whole lot about how bad a company really is! Their funding is horrific and funders are not only incompetent, but extremely rude when their mistakes are pointed out! I reversed 2 out of 3 deals last month because of their poor service and am about to pull 2 more. Worse service EVER!

Paid my bill on time for almost a year . Didn’t have an issue until last month. Had duplicate payments come out two months in a row with no explanation as to how/why. Paid for the month then a few days later same payment comes out without my authorization.
