Covington Credit, North Charleston, SC

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences what the staff at the Covington credit on Rivers avenue. It is a shame that that stores closing because you walk in you walk right out when you go to the other facilities it's you're sitting there you're waiting everybody's on the phone they're not paying attention you're waiting and waiting and waiting and then finally somebody will get to you when it's their time to get to you or they feel like getting to you and then it's just a long drawn out process after that I've been with Covington almost 2 years and I'll tell you what it's a shame to see that Rivers avenue store close because it was hell when that store closed because of the fire and then they move back and it was just like our side relief and now that they're closing again and moving them back to these quick credit stores it's just it's a shame it's really a shame and I I just it's I'll be paying my payments online from now on I won't be going in the store because it's hell on Wheels when you go to those other places...

I've done a few transactions here. Very nice people to deal with. Bree is a very good employee to work with. Yes, its higher interest but its a blessing for people with sub prime credit. Pay on time and you wont have any problems.

I have been coming here for a while, I have a small loan and my payments are not high, the interest rates could be a little better but in the end this is just to help my credit by showing I can payoff my loans, I renew every time just to continue showing a paid on time loan. Jennifer is awesome and VERY HELPFUL!!!! THERE IS A GUY THERE WHO MIGHT NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SAY MY NAME HE IS ALWAYS CALLING ME TONYA!!!! OTHER THAN THAT GREAT PLACE TO GO TO just make your payments on time if you want to keep a good credit score :)

I really don't like using this kind of loan as the interest rates are incredibly high. However, after undergoing heart surgery in late 2017, my cash reserves were wiped out and I found myself unable to pay for my numerous medications. My credit score wasn't good enough to get a regular loan so I had to turn this type of loan. The people there are very nice and helpful and I have been able to periodically refinance without increasing my loan balance while obtaining extra cash in order to continue to afford my medications. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the interest rate. If you make your payments on time, or a little early as I do, you will not have any problems with these folks.

My wife called me today In tears she was there yesterday and the computers went down after she waited for over an hour. Today Dec 20h she called ahead and still was in the office longer than she expected, after she left Angii called her back because they forgot to include her check ... overall they helped her out but it was definitely not the best experience I had to her a mouth full...... DO BETTER
