Loan payment was 1 day late and they called me. No problem with that but when I was trying to call them back immediately there line was busy for 15 minutes. Tried over 20 times in that 15 minutes to call them back and then I get a text from my boss that they had just called him. Are you for real! Do not leave me a message first thing in the morning to call you and when I try immediately to call you are calling my boss when my loan payment was due the day before and y’all were CLOSED. Do they even think about what they are doing when they call your work. I understand if it was way late or something but less than 24 hours. Never will I deal with them again.

Awesome service!!! Very fast loan process! When everyone else denied my loan application, Local Finance said yes! They came through in my time of need. Ms. Lani is so nice and made the loan process so easy. I came to Local Finance during my lunch break and made it back to work on time. I would recommend Local Finance to my family and friends. Lani and Derrick where the best, professional, considerate, full of life and energy. It didn't feel as though i was dealing with a robots programed to talk to me.
