The customer service young lady here is very rude and no very considerate. She need some more customers training.

I spoke with a rep named TY. She said you can’t apply if you have mobile bank statements in which should not matter if you’re going to have to email the bank statements anyways. Complete waste of time. Definitely contacting the BBB.
