The office person there Moe has the worst attitude of a customer service worker ever. She was snappy and refused to answer questions. The problem was the handling of my personal information and everything went left from there. The experience was so bad I went w another company for a loan even though I have a. excellent account with Southern Finance. I will take my business elsewhere.

My experiences (return customer for the 2nd time) with Southern Finance have been top-notch both times. Initially as a first time customer, I experienced an easygoing transaction that made me feel comfortable. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and professional with a friendly attitude. I highly recommend them.

The ladies at this location is really nice. Very friendly. If you need money I recommend Southern Finance. Moe is the best.
