My daughter got finance through this company and end up re financing through our bank. Why would Lendmark send the certificate to our old address and no dam well they should have send it to the bank where she got it refinance from.

The customer service was great, the whole team was friendly and polite. A very welcoming team, was able to get in and out with my loan.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to payoff the balance to our entire loan before the interest for a "12 months same as cash" loan began and they acted put out when we stopped by their office to do so. They are local and our bank is local, and yet they were snarky and said it could take 10 days for our check to clear. Really? It's like they are WAITING to deposit it in the hopes a single day of interest might kick in at the end of the month just so they can "get us." Horrible.

The company is crooked, they charge you 35% interest on the initial loan amount, not on the balance. You need to move your company headquarters to Russia, so when the US attacks, we can kill to birds with one stone. DON’T EVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!
