Applied over the phone. Process went smoothly and needed current ID. Went and got that and then told I needed 5 ppl for personal reference and 6 things of value. I called and talk to the lady who I told I only had a tv computer and my car. She said let her talk to her boss and she call me back. Still waiting on that call from 1 pm YESTERDAY. I should back off the first time they said they call u back and they didn't. Don't fall for this.

I am so grateful for the courteous and professional staff at Sunset Finance of Summerville. They really do care and consistently provide excellent customer service. This is why I always look to them for my financial needs.

They are very professional and will work with you if you cannot make payments on time. I was truly grateful for them at my time of need.

This is my second time applying for a loan. Even though they were unable to help me, I HAD TO CALL and see if i was denied 3 days later😒. They need to work on making sure to inform people of the status of the process or let them know what is going on. People may be in need and might be depending on there "quick" response.😒 …
