I put in a request after hours and was called IMMEDIATELY after they opened. I have not so great credit and they were willing to work with me. Even gave me more than I was expecting! Gabi helped me on the phone, and had gone to lunch when I got in so I got to work with Mrs. Lydia. Both of them were INCREDIBLE in helping me on this road to fixing my credit. Mrs. Lydia was so nice to talk to, she helped me through everything, told me what everything was for and what I was signing. She even helped me get logged into the app! 100% recommend!!

These ladies at this location are so easy to talk to and make you feel so comfortable in my time of need!! Thank you ladies.

Went in to apply for a loan. The Manager was the only person available so I walked over to her desk. She asked me to hold on, so I patiently waited for her to see if she had change for another team member. She then asked if I was making a payment. Once I said “no I’m trying to apply for a loan” she asked me to wait again. Asked her if I could sit at her desk since I was standing the entire time, she said “hold one. I then sat at another seat, and could hear the MANAGER making deep breaths, as one young lady was closing a loan,or maybe taking a payment, and the other young lady was taking an application on the phone….RUDE!! I left! I would never do business with that MANAGER. Wouldn’t want her to earn a dime off of the interest I would pay on a loan.

Hey everyone im hear to tell you that this place is amazing. Gabby and lydia were amazing not only was i given a opportunity to build my credit. I'm about to make my first payment on the mobile app. which will make it so much easier to make my payment due to my work schedule. The mobile app is very user-friendly but i can honestly say they made me feel like family and we all had fun it was like a good ole school get together in a professional manner. I was very grateful for lydia staying behind after 6 to help me with my loan process.
