Constantly get calls about late payment even though they never get anywhere near 30 days late. And I know about the 10 day not late time-frame according to Dakotaland. Just some times paychecks don't line up with that 10 day period. And sure I could pay it out of my savings/emergency fund to avoid those calls but I hate using money out of that unless absolutely nessessary... Also got a call today about missing 5$ on my payment. Honest mistake by me. But to call and complain that it was 5 short is a little extreme. You know for a local bank I never really expected service to be this bad. Do better.

Have been a satisfied customer for over 23 years. Any time that I've been in a bind and needed assistance you have been there for me. Wish that you dealt with VA mortgages as it would be a major +++ for me and others.

There website says contact them to work towards a debt free future. I did this and first they didn't know what I was talking about and then they only help people that dont need it.

We are long term customers of Dakotaland and we wouldn't dream of banking anywhere else. Our kids all bank there, too. I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I love Dakotaland. It's always an enjoyable experience when we stop in. Our mortgage and auto loans are through these guys and have never had any issues. Helen Johnson in the loan department is the ABSOLUTE best. My husband has what we'll call 'a bit of a car problem' and Helen is always so gracious when it's time for him to change things up and get a different loan set up.

Been with dakotaland over 15 Years. I left my other banks because Dakotaland treated its people right. now recently that has all changed and I will be closing my accounts beginning of December and banking somewhere else
