Walmart Money Center, Brookings, SD

Customer service associates were very rude. Asked if it was possible to cash our coins In and was told to use the coin star “there’s a machine right there.” Which was obvious it was there but like I have done twice before At this location I thought they’d cash it without the fee. I then told them that a gentleman helped me cash my coins at the money center before. Then was rudely told “ well that was obviously when it was broken.” Them not being able to cash the coins wasn’t the problem, Just the rudeness and the feeling of judgement in a time where I was low on cash and already feeling trashy because of my situation. I am disappointed because the service every where else in the store is great.
