Over the years I have delt with many institutions of lending from credit unions to multinational banks. I was looking for was a bank that could offer my everything a big bank could, as far as incorporating the technologies that make banking easier in the twenty-first century, as well as, the kind of service we here in South Dakota know and love. I need people who i can call when there's a problem. Like many people, I prefer to speak to knowledgeable professional rather than a recording or someone in a call center in North Carolina. Haveing a person to contact matters and creates opportunity for future growth and prosperity for myself and my family. The process of getting a loan and setting up a new account was made easy and simple by Tom and his team consument professionals.
