Worst trucking invoice factoring institutions ever, CJM Financial and First Line Funding Group have stolen thousands of dollars from my RESERVE ACCOUNT DURING MERGER without any notification sent to the clients/carriers. Before the merger and after the merger between CJM Financial and First Line Funding Group there was NO NOTIFICATION sent to the clients informing them about possible hostile take over the reserve accounts. There was no Email, Letter, Phone Call, Text.... NONE. First Line Funding Group won't honor any contacts or deals made with CJM Financial. This is so messed up. Transportation - Trucking - Carriers should consider other more honest reputable options for factoring their invoices. Update: I did contact your customer support and after 3 days they finally give me a phone number of your office in Ankeny, IA . I spoke to Amy N. and she apologized to me for inconvenience and she asked for a day to review the contract and her response was that she never seen a contract like mine, it was made to stop money disappearing from my reserve account. But she can't do nothing about it at this time before she talks to upper management. After conversation I never got any more info, I tried calling, voicemail, left several messages and emails without any response back. So yes your business is to steal hard earned money from honest hard working truckers. On truckers forums and social media there is hundreds same complaints about shady practices.

I have been working with this factoring company for 6 years, practically, and they do excellent and very professional work. In my extensive experience, during all these years, their staff does a great service and Kie-Lyn S. is a wonderful supervisor; always precise, highly educated-professional and very cordial. I have been recommending them to many other carriers. Hoping that we continue working together for many more years.

We have done business with FirstLine Funding since 2010. Kim Kringen set us up for factoring services, and we've never looked back. The rate they established for us is phenomenal. I've never had a problem with customer service. Even when one of our customers went bankrupt, they were very helpful, in what was a very trying time. If someone had a problem with customer service, they were probably asking them to do something unethical. Factoring allows us to always have money for payroll and fuel. We don't have to worry about the biggest expenses every week. Highly recommend this company.

I have been with First Line Funding Group for several years and I am very satisfied with their performance. We have developed a great relationship over the years as if it's like family now. The response time of any issues or just getting your weekly funding is the BEST by far. We love the First Line Funding Group staff.

If I can save a single person to not work with this company that will be the best thing I can do. Do not work with them if you do not want to get out of business .they hold your invoices while brokers are paying them with normal timing .they will lie to you and then supervisor will cover up for them . Please if you see my review for less percentage do not go in hassle .I wish I checked the reviews before I wish !!

It's been over 2 years and Firstline funding hasn't paid out the 1 % cash back that they promised. And for no good reason, they just dont want to. Be aware go somewhere else theese people are liars.
