Pioneer Credit Counseling, Rapid City, SD

Signed up 2 days ago. Paid my 99.00 fee to "get the ball rolling". Found out today that to actually contract with my creditors I had to make the first initial payment. I asked when I signed up how much I had to pay right now to start the contacting. She told me 99.00 Found out today that they needed the first monthly payment, almost 500.00. I talked to 3 different women and have got 3 conflicting responses. Just spoke with a manager there, she told me 99.00 was unrefundable (which I. understood 2 days ago) but not about paying first months payment. The second girl I talked with before this manager, told me all my banking info would be deleted. Now I find out it won't be. Don't sign ANYTHING before reading over contract in black and white.

I have been with Pioneer for a year and I am happy. They were able to work with me based on my bills and budget. I already paid off one debt and I am making head way on my other debts. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Have been with Pioneer C.C. going on 5 years and we will soon be bringing things to a close . My wife and myself had gone to one other debt management company prior to Pioneer seeking help and when we left the building their solution in helping us get out of debt was NOT a solution at all. In fact they had my wife in tears. Saw a advertisement on TV for another debt management company and of course they could not help us due to our location . So they refered us to Pioneer C.C.. Have never met anyone that willing and quick in helping us. And our payments started at $700.00 less a month than what we were shelling out to the credit card companies each month. They even took on our Medical and Dental bills and they kept us informed on everything . Now soon we will be very debt free . Thank you.

I've been working with Pioneer for about 4 months now and wow what a difference it makes. Travis you my Hero! This is actually the 2nd company i worked with. Creditpro did nothing for me. These guys made it happen.

Not a credit counseling company. It's a debt management company. Called to get expert help as to why we were struggling to get approved for credit with no collections and no late payments. They straight up told me they don't do that they mainly help people who are struggling paying their debitors. That is not credit counseling that is debt management.

Pioneer is an excellent company and will help you get back on track with your debt so that you will not go back into debt again!
