For this type of business, I've found them to be one of the more transparent due to the willingness of the employees to explain the terms of my transaction. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and greets me with a smile. Location is also very clean which I like. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I've been a long time loyal customer. Always paid on time. The one time I I had trouble and couldn't pay stated I'd double up the next month cause I'm on disability. They Harassed me every day even the other stores calls and harnessed me . even though they already knew this disabled women who receives just disability stated would pay double the next month they continued to causes undo aniexty all month. I feel this was uncalled for and personal. I wouldn't use them for nothing. They are rude and horrible. Bad PR Cash Express.
