I had a very good experience with them. The ladies were very professional and polite. Kristen Greene was able to get me the loan I needed without any problem. The office manager Christy Kyle was very nice and polite. I felt like I was talking with friends. If you are looking for a great loan agency I strongly encourage you to go to them.

I don't respond real well, when someone calls and does not identify themselves as a company when leaving a message for you to contact them...very unprofessional....wouldn't trust this company because of this. Goes along with the 'scammer' calls when you receive one and they ask for you by first name....then you find out it's computerized. bad bad bad "marketing" if that's what they are trying to do.

I have been with them for about 4 years and have never had any kind of bad interactions with them. It's a great place to get a loan and help build up your credit rating. By always paying on time, and renewing loans, I have been able to obtain 3 unsecured credit cards and boost my credit score over 200 points! If you need to get a starter loan or need an emergency loan for an unexpected expense and have 6 months at the same job, your last 3 check stubs, proof of address and a valid ID, check them out. Tell them that Douglas Davis from Niota referred you and see how they can help you out. Depending on the loan amount, you can have it paid off in 6, 9 or 12 months. They are NOT one of these"flex loan" places that charges outrageous interest rates, and can even help you if you're on Social Security or Disability. Try them out!

I was gonna pay my payment of 65.00 Note( my father has a loan here) they charged me my father's loan instead of mine so I paid them 150.00 not realizing and well they won't give me the other money that's crucial to me that I need they bassicly will only wave next month other then that 1 star until I get my money for my other priorities like phone bill and gas ! Until I get that money back your a 1 star!!! Idc if you see this!!!!!!

Brooke,the manager for this one is absolutely amazing!!! All the workers are so helpful as well. I had so many questions and issues pop up and they all did such amazing team work to get the issues resolved and all my questions answered. Anytime I need a loan this is exactly where I'll be going!
