Craig at this Hixson pike location was very helpful tru the whole process. from a simple call for a few questions to helping set up my account. regardless of approval odds i was super satisfied with the whole process...

The only reason you got one star is because that's the only way I could leave a review. You send out a preapproved letter to everyone disguising that somehow you vetted them and they should be able to get a loan.. Yet once you actually run their information its not always approved...So how again is someone "PRE QUALIFIED "?? Then you want all the banking information as well as a card #,then you want some sort of verification from the bank...ALL BEFORE YOU EVEN RUN INFO..You DO NOT need any of that untill the loan is approved, then its understandable..Yall are very shady to say the least..

The Highway 58 Advanced Financial is the most efficient in the area by far. Nathan, who usually helps me, is a true professional and a major asset to the company. He was training someone last time I went in and all the employees follow his lead. I drive past 3 other store locations so I can deal with Nathan.

Craig was super awesome he was extremely helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to get approved. He had to help me with retrieving some of my information but he was very patient with me. Will definitely come back to this location way to go Craig your customers service skills are amazballs thank you so much sir

Predatory lending at its finest and should be shut down. You can’t help but borrow money back because you are sucked dry with little money going to principle. Interest is applied daily to your loan making it impossible to pay it down. I will pay this loan back and never use this service again. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT WITH THESE ADVANCE FINANCIAL 24/7!

Make sure u call before attempting to go to this location. They close at 4 today. I get here at 345 and the employees are already pulling out the parking lot. This happens often at this location. The only location that half way sticks to there hours is the Rossville Blvd location.
