They care nothing about the history you have with them! They will also try to put medical insurance roadside assistance, and other insurance into your loan. This will put your monthly payment much higher. They will also try to sneak it past you. All they care about is getting their commissions from you. Once you have perfect history with them they will try to screw you over if you want more money. They tried to turn my unsecured loan into a secured loan with a much higher interest rate. When I mentioned my perfect payment history with them, the lady said they could care less about that! Also their app sucks!

Always have a good experience . Although had we known as client ,and loan officer that we could not do interoffice closings we could have possibly stayed home and done it on line. But it's all good... Greta is a wonderful person to work with. She will bend over backwards to help you any way she can .

they had called me to see if there was anything i needed since i hadn't missed a payment. a lot of loan companies don't do that. It was an extremely quick process. The loan was in my account the following day! And they were very nice. A great experience.

Over promises and under commits! Branch Manager Heath Davis makes big promises but falls way short. He says one thing and does another. Not only does he lack integrity but he also lacks customer service skills and overall professionalism. This branch is far too disorganized and they lack leadership. This company and Heath are a serious disappointment. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking to do business with any financial institution, look elsewhere.
