Great staff to work with.. Always smiling and make me feel like I am a million dollar client. Kellie and Courtney are friendly, sweet and professional. There is a great man that works there too and I am sorry I cant remember his name. I highly recommend this branch for quality service.

My experience at Advanced Financial was magnificent! The gentleman (Trevor) that helped me was kind, understanding and just an all around great guy! He helped me when I definitely did NOT have my things gathered up! He worked with me for two hours!! I will definitely be coming back and recommending ANYONE and EVERYONE to go see Trevor at Advanced Financial in Crossville TN!!!

The staff that helped me to get my loan was incredibly friendly even though they were about to close!! Super kind, worked quickly, and helped me through some complications with my bank login! The 2 employees that night went above and beyond!!! Highly recommended!!

Stacey and April are so amazing. I love them here and highly highly recommend them. They got me a good loan, cash checks, and have free money orders! Stacey and April have great customer service skills and they will not disappoint you.

Such great customer service! April was so friendly and helpful. She was so kind. She was thorough and knew exactly what she was doing. She was accommodating and patient with me. I will be coming here for all my monetary needs from here onwards. The environment was clean and friendly as well! Highly recommend for check cashing and money orders!
