Never got my title back or my $80 spare key. I paid the loan off within a month or so & the Onieda branch was supposed to mail my key & title back but after 4 phone calls & 3 different stories I knew something wasn't right. They said they had it all recorded on the phone calls & I was thrilled because I knew I had proof that the same employee & manager's story didn't match. There was never a response or a follow-up giving to me. They said it's not their responsibility a And there isn't anything they could do. So I have no title & waist d $80 on a spare key for my car out of the $400 loan. I guess you live and learn. After 4 phone calls I finally got a call from Cookeville I explained how I told two different stories from two different time periods when they supposedly sent my title, so not only was it on a recorded line when I called having proof that someone was lying. Can't believe they didn't even try to reimburse me or listen to the previous phone calls I made at the Oneida office that was recorded.

This place is very kind and will do everything they can to help someone! Ashley the employee is super sweet and will put a smile on your face! I will not do business elsewhere but here for future loan needs!

very curteous ppl. dont expect to call and get estimate on your check though. other than that nice ppl. convenient when you have no bank and walmart decides to tear into your check in literal terms of speakin
