Check Into Cash, Crossville, TN

I have done business with them for a couple of years now, good business. Called Saturday @ 11:30 to see what time they close (1 pm) and drove the 45 minutes over. I called 3 different times on my way updating my whereabouts and was told by Stephanie I believe that I was completely fine and she would wait on me if need be & as long as I’m in the store by 1 it’s okay. Great! Well I got to the door at 12:59 & it was locked. I understand having a closing time, but don’t tell me I’m fine and you’ll wait when you clearly have no intentions of doing so!

Awesome Service!! Chelsea was so helpful and extremely nice and polite. I got there just a few minutes before closing time but she didn't mind at all and did not mind at all that after what I came there for it was about 45 minutes after closing time. I couldn't have went to a better place! Thank you Chelsea!!

Shirley, Victoria, and Virginia are the most awesome ladies ever. Always above standard. Not only do they know me by name but they always ask about my kittens. A very judgment free zone with options for ALL your needs 10/10 totally recommend

I cannot tell you enough about Shirley and her staff. This company is there when you need them. And the staff treat you as if you are their only and most favorite customer. I have never once dreaded going here or calling to talk and tell them If I have a problem and need help! Other companies look down upon you! If you need help go see these ladies!

Erica at check into cash was amazing she went above and beyond to help me an was more than a employee to me . If more businesses had women like her as receptionist they would thrive thank you for checking and cash and thank you Erica for your understanding and help
