These people are absolute crooks. Avoid like the plague. We got a $5000 loan a year ago that I've paid $200 on every single month and our balance is $6900+. No matter how much you pay it doesn't go down. Plus I have 3 "returned" payments on my statement with over $100 in "returned payment " fees. Tell me how the hell a bill pay payment using my banks app is returned? That's prepaid, taken out immediately once I authorize the bill payment. Where the hell did that money go? You can't return it, it's a done deal. I didn't get it back so where did it go? I dont see how you sleep at night.
