great service, friendly staff, appreciate calls and text letting me know my payment is due and if I can refi for additional money. Always helpful on the phone. My credit is not the best but have paid on time for awhile when I needed money they were there. Friendly, helpful, professional, processing of the refi was fast, everything was explained and I was out the door with a check.

Don't even bother to call them. The only helpful person there is no longer working there. I have done business with them for years. I only have one payment left on my second loan with them. First was paid off years ago. Every time I make a payment they said "you have $1400.00 if you need it just let us know". Well that was BS. If I had GOOD credit I would not be asking them for money in the first place. My credit is no worse that it was the last two times they loaned me money. But they don't really care about that. They don't really care about Customer Service either. They rarely bother to even call you back. So just move on to some else, these people are as helpful as rock! (unless you actually need a rock, then call away).
