This place is a joke. One person will tell you one thing and tell you everything is OK then you walk in to get your money and they will say they never said that and they won't help you. I wouldn't even give it one star if it gave me the option. This place is a joke save yourself and don't even go.

Kevin Duncan at the Gallatin branch is at the top of his game. As soon as we got in he was able to help us get squared away without any problems. It's not very often that someone treats you like family right from the start... Kevin does just that.
