I've not even got a loan threw this company yet .when I called they was super nice to me. This lady told me she would help me all she can and I beleive that. I’ve done 2 loans with them prior with no problems, went back to them for another and “ had technical problems “ but actually was slandered to a fellow coworker by whom called me to talk about the loan. And then hung up on. Called back to talk to manager who also had me on speaker and was still talking about me while I was explaining the issue with manager. No apology no explanation . Flat out rude and judgmental. Simply because my spouse handles the bills and money so I can focus on the home, and family. But that’s fine! We will never come back to this company and in process of going to corporate.
