This place has went down hill after Pam, Cassie, and Jamie have left! People don't seem to know what their doing definitely not quick bout nothing! Won't EVER recommend this place this anyone!!!

I did a contract job for this company and could not have had a more unprofessional and offensive experience. As I was doing my job, I overheard the manager making racial slurs and speaking about their customers as if they were worthless vagrants. What gives her the right to judge others? I could not wait to get done and get out!

I worked with Kari. She is an excellent financial adviser and loan officer. She worked very hard for me. Over and beyond. Highly recommend

After finding about false information was sent theough on a deal sheet then call to figure things out they get rude cause there was stuff done on a deal sheet that was false and never happened then when i asked for a copy of it said one was in my papers.quess what the only paper from my packet isnt there and seems lile they have quit the deals worked out with one car lot now im waiting on someone from corporate office to call ne

If I could leave less then one star I would. I unfortunately still have a loan with this company in Johnson City. Sandra there is the rudest most unprofessional person to EVER deal with. We were having some issues with our car (the engine locked up 3 months after getting it) we bought the "extra insurance " under the impression "it fixes anything your insurance company won't ". This is completely false information. It only helps when you've been in an actual wreck... he solution when we asked was "just stop making payment and we'll repo it and take you to court." What kind of help is that? She also likes to not pay attention when calling people when their voice-mail turns on making rude comments thinking we've answered and just aren't saying anything. This place is a joke stay far far away!!

Costumer beware keep all your receipts and especially if you do the disability insurance because they will over charge you and when you proved to have paid them then Lendmark will add other charges so you won’t get the money that’s owed back to you!!!
