The service was absolutely wonderful. Professional and fast but very friendly. Keri was able to quickly and efficiently assist me with my loan. I would highly recommend this location and more specifically Keri to anyone that is considering this type of loan.

My experience was a great one at this store location! A gentlemen by the name of Henry assisted me. He was very detailed and thorough with explaining how the flex loan works. We had great conversation the whole time. I'll definitely recommend Advance Financial and this store location if I know of anyone who needs help.

Today at advanced financial the lady's were freaking awesome. They were very helpful and helped me fully understand the payments and stuff. Their names were Kayla and Katie. If i was u these lady's know what there are doing. And they need raises. My experience here was great and they didnt make me feel bad for needing to come and get a loan like most other loan company's do. I will tell all my friends that they need to come here for money matter either by cashing checks or needing a loan. U guys need more friendly and happy car like these lady's. Katie was especially helpful. Please gives these ladies raises cause they certainly know what there doing and gave me a pleasant experience. From now on I will always bring my child support and alimony checks here.

I come here every two weeks, the staff are very helpful and very friendly. It is nice to have people so willing to help and have a smile on their face. I can be having a bad day, come in to this business and after speaking with the advance financial employees i immediately feel better and go on with my day.

My husband had 3 health related accidents that put him out of work for 3 months each which is why we went to them. At first they wete great,very helpful. Then we check our banking account and double the amount ($400) is taken out. It was an "accident" according to them. It took 3 months and multiple phone calls to get our money back. Then we set up another arrangement. I check my account again and they took (200) out of the account . They said we broke the agreement. We asked to speak to a supervisor. We were then told at the end of the call that we hadn't faultered on our agreement. So they took the money for NO REASON. Lord knows how long it will take to get my $200 back. I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! If you do watch your bank account like a hawk because they will take more than stated and take their sweet time giving it back. They have some good and understanding employees that really want to help however "The Company" puts their employees in a hard spot trying to help the customers. They admitted we weren't the inly ones that the double payment happened to. It happened to a lot of people. We just happen to catch it.

This place is AMAZING. I didn't even contact this financial institution for their services. I called to ask them if they would get a phone number for me, for ANOTHER business nearby. The agent that assisted me (Andrea) was ON POINT with her politeness, and respect. She went out of her way to help me with getting the contact info, KNOWING UP FRONT I had no intention of doing business with Advanced Financial. If their this helpful, and respectful for something like that. I'd hate to think that they give anything less to their actual customers... Thank you Andrea.

I got a loan for 1500 i owe back abt 1800 i pay 182 every 2 weeks and it nvr goes off my balance i called and asked as to why they stated tht it has daily rates so basically to sum it up this is a place u get a loan and need to pay back in full straight away i would recommend tht u stay away from this place its a joke oh and also they did say if i withdrew more money tht it would make my payments lower wow is all i can say why would i withdraw more money to owe more? Go elsewhere
