After seeing how they treat someone who has been an A+ customer for EIGHT years, with no issues and three or more loans PAID OFF... With only TWO late payments in the last 8 years..not missed, LATE... And will run your card to take the payment before you're even officially late. And this is how they do someone? What's the point in being a loyal, responsible customer? I will never recommend this place to anyone, PERIOD, and regret ever dealing with them in the first place. Edited to add: also, beware! They will continuously try to run someone else's card in order to take your payment, even after consent has been revoked and they've been told to not use that method of payment. IT IS NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE PAYMENT ON AN ACCOUNT. they've been told and they still do it.
