I had gotten a loan with them but my husband and I had a financial crisis after that and I have been calling to keep them updated. The manager illegally threatened garnishment after I had let them know I will get them caught up on the 25th. If I could give them a zero I would. We haven't even been to court yet and I am only $59 behind. I will never use them again and I am reporting them to the BBB and any other entity it needs to be reported to.

DO NOT USE!! They hardly work with you at all. Very rude unless you have cash in your hand, and have 0% empathy, at all. Called me repeatedly during a funeral that they were informed of. And i ended up paying MUCH more than i was loaned. And threatened with legal action repeatedly for over a month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Any other company is fathoms better than this place. My mother's been in the loan business for over a decade, and these women are completely out of line. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM!!!

They threaten their clients. I'm not, nor will ever be a client. My friend is. And I listened to the conversation. Very rude office manager.. Don't ever get a loan from here. You'll be digging your own financial grave.

If I could rate them higher than 5 star's I would without hesitation. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They made the whole process easy and fast. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a short term loan. Great group of girl's.! I was baffled by the negative reviews. My experiences have been total opposite.!

My mother has been doing business with CapStone for over 20 years and today for the first time EVER, she was told no more loans until paid off. Ps she has NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, BEEN LATE!!! Sham of Cassdiy. Mother will be leaving this company behind. BBB and Insurance and Finance department of tennessee will be our next complaint.

Heavyset woman was rude and unprofessional she was talking about other customers per business as they walked out.
