I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. My only complaint is having done payday loans before (through checkintocash.) the application process for this is so extensive. Be prepared to come in with a piece of mail, references ECT, HOWEVER they offer a much better interest rate. Process was a lot for a simple payday loan and took me 40 minutes to do an application.

It's bad enough I had to wait outside in frigid cold temperatures for 20 minutes, but it's even worse that, when someone finally did take care of me, they claim they can't take an out-of-state ID, even though it's valid, and has been for the 2 months I've been out here. So much for being treated like family.. I'm never going back there again..

03/14/18 - If you don't pay back the money you owe to this LOAN SHARK in the 15 / 30 / 60 days you signed for, they will own you for YEARS in EXTREME INTEREST RATES. My $500 loan became a $1400 one just after 3 months. You thought Bank of America & Chase was bad, this place will get you fired, take your job, your car, your home then leave you in jail to rot if they don't get their money. LOAN SHARKS ARE THE DEVIL TO THIS COMMUNITY!!!

Customer service was exceptional. They are a pleasure to work with and always smiling. I'll drive past several pawn shops to do business with them.

The employees get to pick and choose what they except for proof. I turned in a hand written proof of income for my husband no questions ask it was taken with no issues. But it wasn't good enough for me they wanted a 1099 from me but was going to be closed before I could get it back to them so they actually now have lost 2 customers cause a different company is paying my husband's loan off now
