I have been turned down from this company years ago and did not frown once. Today I returned and the staff in such a professional way has gone above and beyond! This was the quickest and most heart racing experience for us all. Theses women got me what I need. This is the beginning of a great relationship and I plan to keep it there. They understood without a sob story without dissatisfaction if I did not get approved but they worked really hard even with staff out of office all working together very well .They are very sweet and kept me calm Thankyou so much to the entire staff here at regional! Future consumers Do not get disappointed what doesn’t work for you today can later it did for me

Horrible Customer Service! We went in to get a loan at 5pm and we were APPROVED at 5:45. However, we couldn't complete the loan without a proof of residency (even though this was our 3rd loan with them) and we needed a pay stub. They reminded us they close at 6pm! So we hurried home to grab them and came back only to be told that actually our loan was NOT approved and they couldn't help us? I feel this is EXTREMELY Unprofessional as it was obvious they just wanted to end thier day and punch out to go home. Well, they have lost another customer and we won't be back! Please Don't waste your time with this loan company!
