I have dealt with Sue at Covington Credit since 2012 and she has always been a great help! Anytime i need assistance she has had my back! The environment is very peaceful and the company will try their best to help you in time of need. I definitely recommend this company!

I spoke with Sue and she was informative! She made the process easy and fast, I was in and out. This place reports to all 3 credit bureaus monthly so if you are trying to improve your credit or need some cash this is the place to apply.

Both ladies were very helpful and nice and were a pleasure to deal with and talk to.. I would highly recommend them to others.

If you're willing to invest a lot of time it's a typical loan agency. 2-stars at best. Managed poorly- over a couple years management changes frequently. Perfect example: I moved and requested transfer from this branch to Chattanooga- two weeks later, it never happened since the Chattanooga office had NO information about me. Found out the old manager is gone at this branch in Knox and my request wasn't even started. Called this branch to pay and request to start the transfer again. Only one person (DD) working at 12:03pm, card payment system went down during my process, could hear it was busy. I offered to call back to be nice. 4:45pm, called back. She's still alone and opening a new account, but would have to call me back before close to handle payment and transfer. Never happened. Now it's the next day (Sat) and they are closed which is also the day payment is due. Now I'll have to follow up Monday... Again, if you want to invest a lot of time, they're okay to start a loan with. Otherwise, go look at better managed agencies that have adequate staff- I'd recommend World Finance! Can't wait to end this partnership!
